My (long suffering hubby ) and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at Gunton Hall (Warner’s Hotel) this weekend. We especially booked this hotel as Mercury were performing on Sunday 11 November 2018) as my hubby and I are huge Queen fans. I’m so pleased we did as WOW!!!!!!! What a phenomenal night we had watching Mercury perform. From the very first note we heard to the last note note they played/sung was pure perfection. Everything they did was faultless, professional and we had the time of our lives watching them. We were also incredibly impressed with the professionalism of their technical team. Their sound and lighting effects were amazing and complimented the band’s performance perfectly. Some bands we’ve seen have used lighting/visual effects to deflect/disguise from their imperfections but not this band - every aspect of their performance, sound, lighting, effects - everything was faultless. A special thank you to their adorable sound technician who was kind enough to chat with us during the break and answer the multiple questions we had without once looking like he’d like to slap us ????. Mercury are that amazing, fabulous, brilliant (honestly I could go on forever but there aren’t enough complimentary words invented to describe how good they really are) The highest honour I can pay Mercury is that they performed a true miracle - they inspired my hubby to willing get up and join them on the dance floor and he loved every second of it. This is something I’ve been begging/nagging my hubby to do for the past 25 years without success. The last time my hubby was willing on a dance floor (apart from walking across one to get to the bar!) was at our wedding 25 years ago and even then it took a LOT of persuading and emotional blackmail/pleading to get him to dance with me ???? ???? If that doesn’t convince you how amazing Mercury are then I don’t know what will ???? Thank you for a truly memorable and phenomenal night. We can’t wait to watch you perform again ????... Collapse

😀 my husband and I have watched you 4 out of the last 5 years when you performed at Penistone. We missed one year because our son was due that same weekend, else we would have been there! A brilliant night!!! Excellent performance! We are truly big fans! Well done!... Collapse

WOW! What a show and what an amazing night I had! Thank you, thank you so much for your dazzling show and for everything you did for me once again. You made even more of my dreams come true! I cannot thank you all enough! You're all such wonderful and inspiring people. H is an absolute LEGEND too. He's completely brilliant! It all means so much to me. Queen is my LIFE and I watched Queen last night. I am a Queen super-fan and I cannot recommend Mercury highly enough. Each musician is phenomenally talented and sheer joy to watch and listen to.
